and my correct assumption was based on your thought of "lopa had a choice, could have stayed inside".

The rules are meant only for Rohan. 🥱 As for laadli, she comes with her own set of rules mentioned exclusively in her contract.

Staying in the booth would have been a safer bet and Lopa would have come out as a hero. Besides your speculation, people would have praised her good decision as her group was winning the task. And now on unconfirmed reports another luxury task was cancelled.

good point, but the way things have been cooking between these 2 for a while. It would have been tough to stay inside. So it was bound to happen but in no way I agree with that bear hug move. Shoving, pushing each other hands away is ok but I think after a little shove and push bani gave her a bear hug.

Usually wrestlers or body builders do this bear hug move where they squeeze their opponent to hurt them and ribs pe uska asar parta hai..

Lopa is a light skinny model nazuk se hai wo.. then you have bani a little built and ofcourse stronger than lopa. So what does bani do? She bear hugs the light model and probably was squeezing her.

Sorry that is not cool. BB you jacka-- where are your rules ?? why is ppl hurting each other??

even SALMAN said once that larki dosri larki ko kuch bhy bolay chalta hai.. he even said maaro mat baki jo bolna hai bolo..

wah re wah tera kanoon BB... ulta Bani ko sar pe bhitha diya aur Lopa ko khalnayak kursi pe.. kya baat hai BB... jacka--

screw you BB !!!

I sincerely think that Bani deliberately got her into that clinch to PREVENT violence on Lopa's part. Boxers get into a clinch in order to prevent the other boxer from being able to swing their arms and decrease the impact of the blows. That is exactly what Bani did. Smart and presence of mind. I think she should be lauded for doing that and not criticized. Lopa at that time was wildly flailing away and things could have quickly gotten into fisticuffs and hair-pulling (which of course I wanted to see and am *personally* disappointed I won't be seeing...)

Just my 2 cents... Still have to watch full epi..

^^agree... Even I think bani was doing that to prevent Lopa frm swinging her arms n hitting her... But Lopa is a quite strong herself (def NOT delicate) and did mange to release her arms in a jiffy 😆

you do know if boxer does that then he will be punched the shit out on his back of the head. I honestly have never seen boxer do that unless both boxers are tired as hell. A fresh boxer would just punch the side of the head and make points.

please note Lopa's arms were loose so it was not a prevention move. If her arms were locked in that hug then yes I can say it was a prevention move.

I am not a boxing expert. From your statement, you might not be too.

"You need to hug your opponent such that you control both of his or her arms"

My point is/was - it's a legit technique to prevent being at the receiving end of blows and that *I* thought of her as going into a boxing clinch to prevent Lopa's blows from causing violence.
I'm glad that you've been an avid fan of the Sweet Science!! Too bad, it's on the downswing with other sports on the upswing (MMA etc.).
