When Baba accused Akansha of having a 'ghulami wala mindset' and revealing to Gaurav that she had been married earlier, Akansha said that he had been there when they were doing her promo and already knew it. Manu supported this saying yes he also knew that Gaurav knew it already. Manu and Gaurav had entered the show together and so it is likely that they saw the same things while waiting for their introduction.
The one missing piece that Gaurav got out of his conversation with Akansha is that her mom and Yuvi's mom were friends, and that cleared up the clue for them.
