I remember that whole conversation. It was a misunderstanding and they both took offense to it which I found hilarious as it obviously meant they had a crush on each other or if not that then definitely didn't want any brother and sister tags..lol!

Kushal gave her his blanket and told her that your brother probably would like it that I gave you my blanket or something on those lines and she misinterpreted that and thought he was calling her "behen" and she goes "aapne mujhebehen bulaya" and then calls him "saand"...lol!
