I would be AMAZED, if Armaan can actually be arrested because of this incident!

Right now as a Kushal fan, you are entitled to feel happy, but trust me, if you read my opening post dispassionately, you would understand the logical case that I have tried coming up with.

Abuses are condemnable...not grounds for arrest, that too in this manner! 😆

I m amazed that by now u didnt get that BB edits out the stuff 😆 They didnt show what armaan did to sofia Isnt it enough to know that something major happened and they tried to hide it ? If Bb and salman gave warning to armaan like they did with kushal this matter would have been closed. But they have to show their partiality r8 ? So here r the consequences. And m not happy that armaan is sent to jail he doesnt matter to me.but i m happy that BB unfairness was exposed to world.Sofia faced injustice and she has right to fight against armaan for getting physical.I blame BB more than armaan here. They should have been strict to him.

Well if the case is invalid, Police and Kohli Senior will take care of it .. But as I am slightly feminist ( My husband says I am a LOT feminist though 🤣 ) I believe if Sophia felt it was OTT of Armaan, it must be and I am with her without judging her that whether it's a publicity stunt or not ..
However, I don't consider this particular case of Armaan as violence against women.. Cuz he had been this much abusive towards every individual in the house.. Be it men or women.. And I truly believe had it been someone else in Sophia's case ( except Tani ), Armaan would do the same with the mop.. But still, I want Armaan to be warned REAL bad by Cops and may be imprisonment of a day or two, and want him to be out with a GOOD change in his attitude.. In our country, if moral lecturing and counselling doesn't work, it's the FEAR which compels people to behave properly.. Hope cops succeed in implanting that fear inside Armaan which would do better to him in future 😃

I agree with that. And thats why I went to lengths explaining how exactly court proceedings take place in India.

As it is the guy was in a closed house. Its not that he was escaping anywhere. They could have questioned him as soon as he exited out of house.

Validity of my opinion would be upheld, once you realise Armaan can not be punished for what happened.

The alertness with which Police have acted on Sofiya's complaint would make sense even if Armaan can be sentenced to a 30 day Prison sentence. Will he?? NO WAY!

What was the point then?
😆

Yes from what we saw Armaan couldn't be arrested...but from what we didnt see Armaan got arrested for it...and BB edits stuff out..you'd know it..

Vishnu Pawar, inspector, Lonavla city police said, "We obtained the CCTV footage of the bungalow and upon scanning it, we could verify Hayat's allegations. Kohli was subsequently arrested on Monday night."

also there's a video on youtube with the officer's interview

sorry but disagree with you.
colors,bb tried to downplay it and they didn't even showed the footage also . it is their failure to take an appropriate action that has led to this .
if they would have evicted armaan that day situation wouldn't have spiraled out of control. it was the last retort for her and she is justified here. she didn't come here to get physically attacked by someone in the house an for god's sake do the team of bb and colors even remember the rules they make for this show.
this season has been a total disappointment.
thanks to such open biasedness.

Its funny that ppl r justifying whatever that happened with sofia and attacking the stance of police. In few words, i wud like to say that in a country that is under staffed in police department, they sure have better things to do then getting involved in an unnecessary controversy. Hence the point is that if police has arrested him, trust them that they r not insane and there r valid reasons for that and by law they wud have bound to take action. Let police do their job, kohli father his job that is bail him out and bb gain trp from it and sofia (i dont know if its satisfaction or publicity, i guess both) enjoy.
As for who is right and who is wrong, i m not giving any opinion here bc the show has nothing that is right or morally correct.

It's all a culmination of weeks of resentment felt by ppl over this attitude and yeah we may all lament that in a country like India where der r so many more graver issues to take up, we a stuck wid a TV reality show, where by the end of it all everyone who participated whether host, production house, channel, sponsors and even housemates will be laughing all the way to the bank. But this does epitomize the society we live in and I suppose it just shows the impact TV has and even if it's just a TV show, I am for one happy tht at least not every wrong doing can be brushed under the carpet coz of who u r or how well u r connected.

Also I am sure dat Armaan will be soon out on bail, in fact it's a wonder his family didn't apply for anticipatory bail, but at least he who had behaved so deplorably and arrogantly could be brought down a few notches.

As I had written earlier since last year the laws related to women has become very strong and most of the offenses has become non bailable. Also as he has been charged with sexual harassment, that is a non bailable offense so anticipatory bail would not have worked.

A balanced analysis as always. But even you may be called MCP for this post. There are some who do it when they find a post different from their POV.

btw, Armaan has been arrested on several grounds. If you consider those sections of IPC, BB can't run the show at all. One of them is Sexual harassment which is non-bailable. So I don't think he gets bail.

Can't agree more.
Fact is it is almost like a perfect storm. Sofia want publicity, Gaushal fans a chance to put down Armaan and the Media something to fight about!

during the mop incident ..sofiya was no where involved...

she was having fun with some car washing stuff and armaan interfered and caused unnecessary fight..it could have been well avoided

time and again BB has ignored all his deeds..if they had timely intervend this would not have happened

the fact the all those scenes were edited is big question mark ?? why did they edit it out ???
they fooled sofia saying saturday they will take care of the whole incident and what did she get royal ignorance and eviction ???

atleast this issue has brought the wrong goings happening in the house..how small it may sound to all..
