Whether you consider the unfortunate Arushi Talwar murder case, or Jessica Lall's or Naina Sahni...SO MANY...you would find them plain greedy and deliberately botching up bad at every stage of the case! 🤔

They may be right in this case...just as they might be terribly wrong, being greedy eying a fat juicy client! 😆

You think police would dare to extract something from the fat juicy client when the case has got so much limelight? It would be hard...and besides tv channels would be active with their hidden cams to try and catch any wrong doing

yes they did botch..but those were different cases..there the evidence wasn't easily available..here the whole clip is present...Now in this situation it would require some great skill to botch it from here

Now that he has been arrested and the matter pertaining to his intention has to be dealt in court I feel.

The police arrested Armaan after seeing the footage. They have all the reasons not to arrest armaan because of his father's and Color's connections, therefore, that leads me to believe that the evidence must be strong that they pulled him out of a TV show and throw him directly into jail.

As per the verdict, I am pretty sure he will get out because these days there is nothing that can keep a person in prison if they have money. Your are making very big assumptions thats that the police just arrest's anybody who files a compliant. Indian police is usually targeted because they fail to arrest the rich and the powerful. The police probably saw merit in Sofiya case, so they went ahead with it. I don't know what country you reside in Cruiserji but in the US I have seen people get arrested and convicted for very minuscule things. But neither you or I have not seen the footage of Armaan hitting Sofiya with the mob stick so its just speculation.

I hope Armaan's arrest sends a very strong message to the contestants and India that violence is not tolerable especially towards women. In India there are stories of rape very to often. The police needs start illustrating to the public that this behavior will not be tolerable and only then will we see any change. Usually, I agree with most of your post but on this one I am on the other end of the spectrum. For the truth to shine both sides need to be heard.

First of all where have you been?? 😲

I am in Russia ofcourse.

No..please don't compare US / UK Police to Indian Police. That is totally unimaginable, atleast as of now!🤔

You think People with money get away in India and I agree with that, BUT with a rider!

If you are not known to many (read Media), have loads of money, Police and lawyers would mint money out of you and keep you out of legal harm's way. That much is true.😊

But off late, there is a trend in India.

If you are very well known and media jumps on your case, Judges too get under pressure and howsoever much they may deny it, it indeed is the case. This is what has been resulting in conviction and ACTUAL IMPRISONMENT of high profile chaps like Sanjay Dutt, Laloo Yadav, A.Raja, Kanimozhi, Kalmadi etc. Even a decade back, it was unthinkable.

That way, if Sofiya's allegations have any merit, Armaan will face tough times. Now whether her allegations have any merit, thats another matter...and thats what we will find out soon! 😊

So I stand vindicated as far as one part of my assessment is concerned!☺️

Rest assured any lawyer worth his salt, needs no more than 3 hearings to get this case thrown out of court and thats what you will see next! (If at all the case goes to court that is!)

Atleast call me Rajdeep Sardesai! He is no less than Ms. Dutt! 😆

Your ID is so similar to some one I love and respect a lot, inspite of being at the receiving end of her wrath for God only knows what reason /s...😲

Hope she is doing great and in good health...you too! 😊
