If you're gonna abuse Armaan for his behavior then don't put Kushal on a pedestal please. They are the same. Both are violent, have anger issues and downright douchebags.

So u r saying tht it's a right thing to get violent , abusive n assassinating character fo a "good" reason. Then even Sophia should b arrested for pushing arman first , teasing n instigating him by making faces. Even arman have a "good" reason cuz he said tht he was stopping her frm throwing tht dirty water at tanisha n he also said tht he dint hurt her he was trying to keep distance frm her cuz she. was pushing him .

I think everyone already covered all the offenses Kushal can be booked under. i would like add one more. He openly admitted and disclosed that he beat Armaan outside. His words "bohut maroonga. idhar nahi...baahar!' I don't know about India, but here in the US, threatening people with bodily harm is called an assault. It is both a criminal and civil offense.
