An incident happened in the program Bigg Boss on 4/12/2013.. Sofia Hayat, a British resident filed a complaint at Santacruz Police Station in Mumbai under Sections X, Y and Z... This was forwarded to Lonavala Police Station on 12/12/13... What was done was a "crime" after what we saw in video footage of 4/12/2013.. and today 16/12/2013, we have arrested Kohli.

Why the hell didn't BB or Colors take any action???
In Andy/Kushal's case it was a guy versus another guy. Sofia was
just trying to have fun and so this was completely unprovoked, if
the car had a windshield that she was trying to clean, how could
the water reach Tanisha who was inside the car. what a dumb lame
excuse. Serves him right, he should be evicted at least now, right away.
But the problem in India everything can be bought with money and every
misdeed can be covered up..
