This is kind of over the top on many levels.

- The key operative here in the law is "intent" . The charged must have actual intent to cause death. Otherwise the charge is assault and battery. The prosecution will be hard pressed to prove Kushal actually intended to kill Andy.

- Kushal's actions have never been unchecked or encouraged. Every time he crossed a line Salman has given him back and not allowed him to get away with it.

- Retaliation is quite petty and opportunistic behavior. This clearly is in retaliation because Armaan was arrested. If anyone genuinely seriously believed Kushal attempted murder, any person with a conscience would have filed a complaint immediately. Ergo, if any people calling for #ArrestKushal don't have a conscience or don't take their charges seriously and are using it in retaliation.

Of course if Andy actually felt threatened by Kushal and felt that his safety in the house was compromised on account of Kushal, I more than encourage him to file a complaint. I would support his desire for justice. I have no love towards shaggy wolf boy.

Andy should also file the complaint
