According to u if BB has taken the action ( eliminated) then it's not a physical abuse the person can go go free it's not necessary to file the case. So BB is the high court/ Supreme Court of India, right?

Exactly! he threatened to kill Andy even assaulted him and that is documented ..how come no charges are filed against him...

but threatening someone's life is not at all justified.. legal action must be taken
