you should be arrested under Section 319 in The Indian Penal Code, 1852

319: Attempt to bore.-- Whoever does any act with such intention or knowledge, and under such circumstances that, if he by that act caused boredom, he would be guilty of it, and shall be punished with a permanent ban that is never lifted.

TM is getting confused between Attempted murder & Assault. To be charged for attempted murder, you must first have the intent and then the act. Any half decent lawyer is going to laugh at your insinuation

Seriously DIA... People talk about being blind followers and don't look at the mirror in the mornings... Not saying Kushal is right but I woul have appreciated if there was some sense and reasoning in the post instead of hate... if someone talks about maturity and seniority but doesn't leave a chance to bash Gahaur and Kushal...
