It is possible that he is taken out for interrogation or BB just asked him to leave since it might get them into trouble...!!
Also I was putting my view forward that if the authorities were to take this step than it would create a precedent for many others to get involved which will jeopardise the whole system as the tax payers money will be going towards tom & Jerry court cases such as Armaan and Sofiyas
