If Andy files a case against Kushal then Gauhar can file a case against Andy of showing and making fun of her lingerie So at the end they'll all be in a nasty mess. Andy is smart enough to know he did wrong because of that reaction was from Kushal and he got punished by BB too. If Arman would have got any punishment from BB then this case would never have filed .
