Kammo came out because Sangram had told her more than once let us get up together. i saw in LF Sangram was the first one to ask Ajaz to pass message to Kamya when no one is around. He told Ajaz tell Kamya if we can get up together since he was tired, Big Boss did not show that clip in episode. Sangram would look very weak if they had showed that clip.
