kamya is always with armaan from day 1, she has never gone against him and so is armaan never against kamya. they have been allies right from the beginning

Kushal tells Ajaz to see from Kamya's POV. If nomination had taken place, her name would not have come

Very true, They share a mutual respect that no one else has. They fought once but that was it. Both are very happy for the other when they get good news/letters/photos
