so kamya in a joking manner was like "im going to wish those that got nominated should get some sort of punishment" so sangram took that and wished that in the wishing well along with chavanprash, honey, kamya seeing her daughter and news about ajazs son.

then what happened was, kamya never went to the wishing well and sangram thinks he got duped. but kamya said that she didnt say sangram, go wish this, in the end it was his call and she was also joking.

Ajaz and Sangram are already close and share stuff with each other. That is why he was in dilemma who to nominate. I think he has decided that he will go against Kushal if such a circumstance comes up again and told him as well. Now that they are anyway nominated, he has made that clear without repercussions
