Honest to God, its the worst season of Bigg Boss O have ever seen. Blatant favoritism, brushing key issues under the carpet, biased hosting, praise for the abuser while crucifying the abused, favouring the privileged and ignoring the protests of those that are in the right. I hope BB gets banned in India. Its the only way these people will ever learn that such tactics will not work with the audience who are largely sick of the convoluted attempts by the makers to twist and manipulate happenings in favour of certain contestants.

Its that even comparable? Gori is never said as a derogatory term. Its said as a compliment.

I am appalled at how many Indians think its ok to tease someone for their dark colour. It is not ok, even if you are saying it to your friend. Some people might nit get hurt, but there are others who will be sensitive and feel offended. It is wrong, and no amount of excuses will make it right.

Also, if Arman was being racist, Kushal was being an ageist by calling Armaan a buddha.

Point is, it is not racism. Racism is segregation / discrimination based on someone's race. Kushal and Armaan both are of Indian race.

Of course I agree they are bullying each other with derogatory terms, totally uncalled for. But calling it racism gives a different meaning altogether.

Funny thing is, they are just fighting on the various shades of brown that their skin is.

Ahh here you are 🤗 Tell me if it's racist or not in India ? 😆

I agree, worst season, despite having some really good contestants. Kya re Bigg Boss.
If they don't make the audience happy, it will be a big flop. If Janta happy at the end of the day(i mean winner), Sab kaha suna maaf hota hai. We All Know 😛

It is disgusting, there is no other word for it. And it can be called racist, because people are being racist racist against their own race. Offending someone because of their skin colour is racism, whether you do it in India or anywhere else.

Just in case.

Racism: a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others.

Racism cannot be simply defined by segregation and yes, its possible to be racist towards your own race. Its called internalized racism.

Although, I do I agree with you that what probably happened inside BB house cannot be termed as racist.

Awww 🤗 No darling, it isn't racism cuz that is segragation on basis of race. This is called colour discrimination .

Here is something I googled - Color discrimination occurs when individuals are treated differently than others who are similarly situated because of the color of their skin. This is a separately identifiable type of discrimination which can also occur in conjunction with race discrimination. Color discrimination can also occur in the absence of race discrimination when members of the same race are treated differently because of their skin color.

So, what is happening to Kushal is actually colour discrimination. Personally, I feel Ajaz used the term Kaalia cuz the name Gauhar resembles Gabbar and Kaalia was his sidekick in the movie Sholay. Armaan is using that term to mock the skin colour cuz there is no way Gabbar's sidekick Kaalia can be used as a form of abuse in an argument, so Kaalia is actually the term for "dark skinned people" in Armaan's book which he uses to mock Kushal.

Achha Thank You ! 😳 Aijaz used it in fun, Armaan was clearly demeaning him, Kushal was no less. But that clears my doubt, Chalo All Good now sorry all for calling it racism 😊

For kind info of TM...Kalia was name given to kushal by Ajaz first.

Easy to pick on Armaan bec he repeats it too often 😆

And Gaushal fans have probably forgotten all the crap talk given by Ajaz for their dear idols 😆
