i get ur point but not everyone has the confidence/quality to be a leader. .there is no point in tanisha trying 2 be a leader if she lacks the confidence/quality in being one..initially I thought she was a good leader and was able to handle things, but as time went by I felt she started to lose confidence and wasn't showing that leadership quality that she had in the beginning...

one thing i'd like 2 c in tanisha is really standing up to the abuse she gets 4rm armaan @ times... I feel she is portraying herself as some weak woman in love and that's not right at all.
