Arey not a fan...but had to eat it 😆 No choice 😆 After years of not liking I feel that now it's not as bad as I thought it to be ... I've learnt to cook it the delicious way though so I can enjoy it 😉

lolz yea... basically you slit the karela and remove the seeds, etc... and then you stuff it with masala or ground meat, etc whatever you may want, use a thread to wrap it so stuffing doesnt escape, and then gently fry them until browned... and tada... btw the outer prickly/thorny ends of it you can filey that if you want (to make it less bitter)... baaki mama se poocho na, wth do i know about cooking... 😃

Nahi yaar. Jab jyada choice nahi hai toh have to mould things to your likings 😆 But believe me it's not that bad. And am a vegetarian too so when options r less have to widen the taste

I love cooking btw...it's a hobby 😊

It's the seeds that causes bitterness the most. So if u deseed them then half the battle is won. Try it with more masalas and some oil so that will camouflage the bitterness. This is a tip to start liking it 😉

@ fast trak: LOOL, Bigg Boss ka pehla season hai jis me maine kuch acha seekha. Now my mum might just be happy with letting me watch Bigg Boss, coz she's always saying how this show is only teaching me how to argue.

@ baalti: Thanks for the recipe, and for someone who doesn't know much about cooking, you sure do know a lot about this stuffed karela 😆

@ fast trak: No harm in praising your cooking, if it's good then it's good :D and LOL eating is my hobby 😆

@ fast trak:Thanks for the tip 😃 Can't remove the bitterness made on the forum from this show, but can definitely try it on the karela 😆
