For example.. whenever I use to get sick or have headache. I use to tell people that "meri tarbiyat nahi theek hai" I used that word many times until my ex GF caught that and she started laughing. She was like it's not tarbiiyat, it's tabiyat !! hahaha

You would use nahin before theek to emphasize that your health is poor. Or else, it's meri tabeeyat theek nahin hai - as simple as that.

Btw, if you said TARBEEYAT, it wouldn't be incorrect either. Tarbeeyat means upbringing. Hahahaha! Just kidding! 😃

Yeah she told me the meaning of Tarbiyat. I was like WOW.. I used that all the time. Even now I have a slip of tongue. I want to use Tabiyat but sometimes Tarbiyat slips out that's because I've been using it for many years. I'm shocked only gf caught it. Maybe because she knew my tarbiyat was good lol haha
