Guys the high blood pressure that causes someone to faint is not normally high... It is abnormally High and needs treatment.,.. The people who have this disease need to take lots og medicines everyday

guys I don't know if its high BP or not but whenever in stress or under any emotional pressure ...my legs give up...it happens to me too my stomach hurts and that discomfort reaches till chest and then I experience the same condition...so I don't think she faked at all...both times it was under some task and pressure that it happened to her...secondly she did not faint...she was crying in Kushal's arms when he lifted her while coming out...you all assumed she fainted...but she was too stressed to stand

being a doctor the potential problems that come to my mind are
1. Panic attack
2. Anxiety
3. Low BP

she definitely showed signs of those... but it typically lasts for 10 minutes... Hers was much less than that... she was quite aware of her surroundings, which is very uncommon... and she didnt seem to have any trembling or shaking after that... she got normal quite fast... which definitely raises an eyebrow or two
