Being indian ethnicity and born and bred abroad, even I don't understand when Salman speaks. When the housemates speak to her they sometimes used english word or explain themselves properly. It's Salman who ask the other housemates to explain what he said to elli. Even you see Live feed, you will see she has problems sometimes understanding Bigg boss. So that's not acting cute in front of Salman or live audience, thats just her, she doesn't understand all the words. You can listen to someone and pick words that you understand and try to understand the whole thing like i do with my Greek husband.
