How is his hitting Andy different from Tanisha's pushing.

1. VJ Andy was not talking to him, it was between him and Gauhar.
1. It was between him and Tanisha.

2. Andy did not cross his limits, when he did something bad during the task with Gauhar, big boss asked him to stop and he did.
2. Kushal intentionally attacked Tanisha during the task and took out his frustration on her.

3. Gauhar did not react at all, not even cried when Andy said whatever he did instead thought about it and then instigated the fight later.
3. Tanisha being a girl had to face detergent, ash, dog food, spices, powder and God knows what and then reacted immediately by trying to stop him.

4. Andy did not utter a word after Kushal hit him instead Kushal kept using abusive language.
4. Kushal got pushed by Tanisha and gave her horrible names on national television and crossed limits by saying things like she is 36 and not married.

5. Kushal did not apologize Andy and said he was right.
5. Tanisha apologized to him repeatedly.

Big Boss Season 7 and Salman Khan Sir are fair in this thing because both the scenarios were looked closely.
Kushal Tandon a housemate who repeated refused to do task, the box one and the bank one, he repeatedly took his mike off, called Bigg Boss biased and partial, climbed the wall of the house to walk out, requested to leave the show more than once, abused Vivek Mishra terribly by singing songs and asking him for lipsticks and mocked him laughingly without any regret which would have been considered a crime against Gay Community in some countries. He misbehaved terribly with Tanisha and spoke very badly about her with others and accused her for assaulting him sexually.

Tanisha has been an obedient housemate since her entry except for the push because she was provoked and isolated by the housemates.
