Bigg boss live stream not working on ipad, pl. help

Hi anyone, I bought the app few days ago, and the link is not working.
When I click on live stram, it shows me live feed for a minute and then gives a error msg, saying its temporary unavailable.. But I see so many comments who are watching at same time.. Can pl. anyone help me?

Did you try watching it from the website directly, instead of using the app?
I watch it from the colors website amd it works fine for me.

It still gives me same msg, I live in US, does it matters?
