Kushal doesn't do any work either, is also very fat himself and is irritating to others like Tanisha, Armaan etc, so should they start calling him Mota bhais too???

This. None of us are angels. If you dislike someone (I don't know how anyone could LIKE Tanisha), you avoid them. Unfortunately, the way the Bigg Boss house operates...you CAN'T avoid anyone. So he's reverted to the opposite - making fun of her. And while it may seem evil...I can't blame him. She's horrible, but thinks she's something special and so "fair." The disgust would come out one way or another.
