You are seeing what you want to see and not what was. Do you even know what it is to captain so many people who take offense at everything and prevent fights from happening? Gauhar was screaming herself hoarse trying to maintain order and all the thanks she got was most of the people including Kushal getting pissed at her. The frustration was so evident on her face! She didn't spare anyone, not even Kushal, when he did wrong. Cu Gauhar made the two hands rule for women to prevent violence cuz they get hurt easily. She supervised the male tussles to ensure things don't get out of hand. She sent Kushal back so many times and they even had to return a medal. If you remember, she protested Kushal's taking of the medal when she was in the Confession room and had to be convinced by many before she relented. I think she was more than fair considering the volatility of the task. And I feel you are the one who is biased cuz I can't see how someone can deduce from the episode that Gauhar was biased!

Hmm...I very much agree with your e and d. She was too generous with girls saying this and that...but since Asif is a man she allowed all cheap things on him right under her nose. I think she is a type of person who wants to look fair for those people who she thinks are strong and against her. She don't care what non- vocals think about her as it does not matter.

A warning was issued before that by BB about water throwing. A warning was also given by Gauhar where she said next time I will disqualify you or take medal back.

It was not her job to decided. All should have asked BB to clarify. She made the rules easy so that her friends can win
