If she had send Gauhar , she would've come in the bad books of almost everyone apart from her group in the house that they didnt even let her stay a full day in heaven after she came back from hell earlier & probably Salman would've asked many questions too about it.

Sending Andy to hell is completely Tanisha's decision. Kamya clearly is not happy with that decision but still gave a nod as 2 out of the 3 people choosen Andy and she didn't find anyone else to replace Andy.
