Bangladeshi model and aspiring actor Asif Azim says that his co-inmates inBigg Boss - Saath 7 were unfair to him and played dirty politics with him. He feels the game is all bout TRPs and politics.
"I wanted to change them, change their mindset. But I couldn't. But I am thankful that I am out of there without them having changed me. At least I am still the same person I was when I entered," said Asif after being evicted on Saturday.
"I am very happy to be out. I feel free. Almost all of them inside there betrayed me. I trusted them. But they played dirty politics with me. They'd say one thing to me and something else to some other contestant. This created unnecessary confusion specially for someone as straight-thinking and honest as me," he added and confessed that Bigg Boss messed up his head.
"It's all about politics and TRPs. It was almost as if their life depended on getting TRPs for themselves," he said.
Asif entered the Bigg Boss - Saath 7 house as a wild card entry.
"Fortunately for me, I've a life far beyond Bigg Boss. I've businesses in Kolkata, Mumbai and Bangladesh. I am now looking forward to resuming my life from where I left off when I went inside," he said.
The model-actor confesses it was an ordeal trying to remain true to himself inside Bigg Boss.
"I was determined not to use bad language of any kind, to not lose my temper or abuse anyone. I knew thousands were watching me in India, Bangladesh and the rest of the world. I didn't want to set the wrong example. I hope I've inspired at least some people to be decent in the most difficult circumstances," he said.
While Asif was inside the Bigg Boss house, his girlfriend Candice Pinto was tongue-lashing Gauhar Khan for being unfair to Asif.
Asif quipped: "Gauhar was not just unfair to me. She was unfair to everyone, including herself. I know there was a god watching from above and my family watching down below. I never got carried away inside the Bigg Bosshouse. And you know what? I am glad for the experience. It has taught me a lot."
Now that he is out, is marriage to Ms Pinto on the cards?
"Not for three-four years now. First, I've to establish myself as an actor. Though I am a businessman and a model it's my dream to be an actor. I am also responsible for the future of 11 children whom I've adopted. By god's grace they are well looked-after. I had made it very clear to them that I'd look after them only if I can afford to do so. Thankfully, I am capable of shouldering my responsibilities," he said.
Asif is glad to be back to his normal life.

International model Asif Azim, who made his entry into the Big Boss house, as a wild card contestant, has got eliminated from the Big Boss house recently. TellyBuzz spoke to Asif to know more about his journey in the house, his motive of entering the house and much more with TellyBuzz. Let's see what Asif has to say...
Tell us about your experience inside the Bigg Boss house?
It was a very good experience when I was inside the house. I was very happy inside the house and now also happy when I am out of the house. Big Boss house is full of stress and it has lots of de-merits which I was aware of. Nothing is the same inside as it looks from outside. I had said earlier before entering the house that I will be going inside the house with positivity and shall keep up my positive attitude inside the house too. I always tried my best do something positive which family members would enjoy watching. I had a good time in the house. Heaven was my best friend and I used to spend a good time with him.
What was your motive of entering the Big Boss house?
I have always seen people using abusive language in the house. I thought that I can change all this in the house by doing something positive along with entertainment. I treated all of them like my family members and I used to help them.
And did he achieve that once inside?
I tried to change people's behavior inside the house but I couldn't do so. I felt that the people inside the house had totally forgotten the outside life and they were not thinking about the outer world anymore. Big Boss had become their life and they could do anything to stay inside the house.
Had he gone inside the house with the intention of playing any game?
I had thought that I will never play any game or do any kind of politics inside the house. There were two groups inside the house and the first group used to think that I belong to the second group and vice-versa.
What about the much talked about relationship of Armaan - Tanisha and Kushal - Gauhar?
The people inside the house are behaving differently than they would if they were outside, may be because of the stress. Relations don't matter if the person is totally changed. They are doing anything to play the game. I know Gauhar from the past 8 years but when I met her inside the house, she was not the the same. So, there is no use of talking about their relationship when they all are changed.
What do you have to say about people like Armaan, Tanisha and Kushal who can be seen as negative?
Armaan is a good person at heart but he doesn't have manners while talking. This is his strategy of playing the game. Kushal jumped off the fence and then he came back inside through the door. He broke the rule of the Bigg Boss house. He crossed the boundary wall, but was caught by the security guards and made to come inside again. I think even Tanisha also broke the rule by raising her hands.
Earlier Shilpa was playing the game but now Gauhar is playing a game inside the house. She is not at all like the person she was earlier. Everyone is playing some game inside the house and I was the only one who wasn't playing any game and that's why I always used to get nominated.
So, who do you think will win the show?
I feel that Kamya or Andy might win the show because Andy is balanced and he talks to both the groups. Kamya is just like the way inside as she is in her real life. Andy is trying to give some footage and I told Andy that he is entertaining but giving too much footage too may irritate people which won't be good for him.
Will you enter the house again if given a chance?
Definitely! Kamya behaved well with me. Armaan used to tell me to move ahead in life and Elli too used to motivate me a lot. Kamya used to tell me that I am a good human being. I didn't want to get involved in any groupism. I didn't fight with anyone; people might have said a lot behind my back but I didn't even bother to ask anyone about it just to avoid getting involved in any fights. Now, they trust me and if I will enter the house again I will do better. Even if I form a group inside the house, then my group will be the biggest. I will try to make everything positive inside the house.
I am happy with their decision of letting me come out of the house and I want to thank Big Boss to give me such a big platform to be a part of it. People liked me and voted for me and it will be with me forever till my last breath. I got to learn a lot.
