It is very unfair indeed. In order to compensate this disadvantage to Hell inmates, Bigg Boss should turn the tables and ask Hell people to nominate Heaven inmates for next two weeks in a row.

As per the concept I agree this is the best bet, for two major reason first it creates groups and fights from the word go as we could see else every season at least 2-3 weeks are snooze fest. Second with almost immunity and amenities in place the fight between the hell mates have started to move towards the heaven side. I guess most people are finding it unfair because some of our person whom we are supporting is on the hell side like maybe Kamya or Kushal or Gauhar etc. But then people want entertainment and unfortunately for most, as you can even see in the forum, it comes from fight and fights happens when there are groups and there is a fight for resources. So makers do not care who stays or leaves the show for them they has to have a situation from where they can get more content.
Further you never know how they would change the concept in the coming weeks.

I don't think it's unfair. What I DO think is unfair is heaven housemates can only nominate hell housemates.

If they were allowed to nominate anyone it'd be better. I think if they hadn't got to nominate never mind, but Jannat shouldn't be immune just because they're in Jannat. I liked the twist which meant Tanisha had to pick someone from Jannat. I also hope Rajat goes this week.

I have no problem with the concept. Merely having hell and heaven and their differences in lifestyle and Tasks, was good enough to create resentment and grouping.

Rather hell-mates not able to participate and heaven is immune to nomination, is hindering the groupings. Since the hell-mates will not like to be picked by the heaven mates during nomination. in first week you have seen more conflicts between them, but now you hardly see conflict, since they don't like to get nominated. And this immunity is keeping the heaven together too.

So I don't agree that this unfairness is giving any content, rather opposite.

More over, I don't agree that they should be so unfair on a very basic process like nomination, which determines their existence in the house.

Exactly, why someone will get immunity for no reason??

Yes, it's unfair. But then that's how it's supposed to be in hell, I suppose. I missed how they selected who goes to hell and who in heaven. May be that selection process was unfair to begin with. They could hv all started off on an equal footing, then the placements happen at the end of week 1...

I would agree you on that. Maybe that is the reason why Kamya is just sitting there because however strategy she makes she knows that anyway Shilpa cannot be nominated.
