In Armaan vs Elli spat...

What started as a simple fun conversation, ended up having a nasty ending, until it got resolved with a hug and make up in the end!😛

Some members are calling our Alpha Male in house an MCP. 🤓

As he is a Naag-Man, in any case he should be called NCP, if at all...but thats not the point!😊

What really happened was, the two were playing along with Pratyusha joining the fun with the two of them!

Naag-Man Armaan was mimicking Big Boss and saying,"Big Boss, Elli ko Orange Bikini mein dekhna chaahte hain..."

Pratyusha was changing her head angles to suggest, POORA dekhna chaahte hain and Elli was all giggly and smiley with her,"Naheen...Main maarongi..." or whatever!

Armaan and Pratyusha carried along, there was no hint of anything out of control yet, and Elli was seen laughingly saying,"Jo aisa karenge..toh main, thappad..maaregi..." Something of that sort!🤔

Kohli Papa Ji is a Punjabi dude ofcourse and in Punjab, till a girl actually slaps, guys take it for granted that,"Oye smile de rahi hai...chance hai oye balle balle..." (Just an illustration, Kohli Papa Ji was not trying to hook Elli babe at all mind you...)! 😛

Kohli Papa Ji wrapped it up with a,"Jo mujhe thappad maarta hai, ya toh main usko kiss kar deta hoon, ya kapde faad deta hoon..."

Scene over!😛

And next shot we have is of audio from bathroom with Elli sobbing uncontrollably as if she just escaped from Asaram PAAPU's ashram!🤓🤔

Master trouble maker, Museebaton ki Dukaan-our own Gauhar Khan, sneaks in with her and starts grinding her own axe with a,"Us din unhone mujhse bad-tameezi ki----wo khaane ko lekar, maine unko barabar jawaab diya naa?" Gauhar ensures Elli's tear streams keep flowing!🤢

Then Elli comes out and Pratyusha takes over. She proves to be the most sensible of the lot and tells Elli bluntly,"Listen, if you had a problem, you should have stopped him then and there! He did not mean anything bad and all of us were just having fun! If you say, he should not have said this or that, you too should not have said Thappad maaroongi etc. He too could have created a big scene then but he didn't! Because he joked and he took it that you were joking!"👏

One damp squib of a confrontation between Naag Maan and Elli and later in night a hug and make up!

Nothing much to it really!

When people are caged together in a house and have no option but to interact with each other, you can not expect them to be diplomatically and politically correct all the time. If these guys were to be so mature and polished, both Armaan and Elli would be public speakers! Fact is they are not!

When you are having a fun discussion, if you do not approve of anything, stop the other person then and there, Politely, but firmly! Sheer stupidity to play along with coy blushes and giggly grins at face while conversing and later turning oneself into a crucified martyr and a victim!

For me, either both are at fault (if at all), or none of them is!

Adding after watching the episode once again:

I will watch-pause-type the Armaan apology...😊

Tanisha has a word with Armaan and says if he wants she can persuade Elli to speak with him. He says,"Ismein kya problem hai, Main baat karta hoon Elli se..."

Together they approach Elli and Armaan says,"Elli Ji ...idhar aayiye...haath deejiye aapka"...Holds her hand and kisses it gently.

Now he says,"I am Sorry agar aapko koi bura laga...Main aajke baad aapke saath,...limit ke andar hi masti karunga...karunga zaroor...lekin limit mein karunga!...Agar maine aapko kucchh bhi bola ..jisse aapko laga maine kucchh galat bola, ya aapka dil dukha...toh aap mujhko genuinely thappad maar leejiye...bas? (Extends his cheek towards Elli)....Mere se galti ho gayi...I really like you, very very much...maine naheen socha thha...mainse socha hum log dost hain...masti masti mein nikal gaya kuchh munh se...ho sakta hai main overboard chala gaya...but aage se aisi galti naheen karunga!"...Elli keeps saying Thanks all this while.😛

Armaan continues,"Bas yehi bolna thha...Main koi bura insaan naheen hoon...Mujhe aapse jyaada bura lag raha hai...Main ye naheen chaahta ki aap meri wazah se royein ...agar phr bhi aapko lagta hai, toh mujhe kheench ke lappad maar deejiye main kuchh naheen kahoonga..." Elli starts laughing...Armaan says..."OK...khatam?...Khallas??'..Elli says,"Haan, khatam...finish..." and breaks into a laughter! Armaan says "Friends for ever"!😛

God...so many bigger things happen in life...misunderstandings, misgivings...

Maturity is in self introspection and making up as fast as one can!

Armaan went overboard yesterday...and today some friends seem to be doing exactly that alas...yeah...going overboard!😛

I fail to agree with you on this.

In my opinion, "thappad maar doongi" is a very appropriate reply to "kaapre phaad doonga". That kind of language or behaviour should not be tolerated by anyone under any circumstances.

If I was in Eli's place, I would have probably never spoken to that douchebag Armaan because if a 40+ man behaves in that manner, there is no changing him.

But if you watch the clip it doesn't fit in!

At no point Elli made it clear she had any issues.

...I am not saying she might not be feeling uncomfortable inside, but definitely, she failed to she failed to convey her discomfort!.

..Forget about Naag-Man...her discomfort / displeasure did not even get to Pratyusha who too concluded both were merely having a fun conversation and merely playing along, with Pratyusha herself an active contributor in whole exchange!😛

I completely Disagree. A women has something like self respect. You can make fun of her but in certain limits & Gauahar was very much sensible, women should stand for themselves. Never Expected such a post from you cruiserjii. 🤢

Always love your threads Cruiser but this time I have to disagree... Nag man was over the line and Ellie was right when she said that just because she is a foreigner people tend to think they are loose... Would Arman play the same joke on Pratyusha / Kamya ? No way 😡... Another thing I noted was Pratyusha had the one the most illogical line of explanation that she tried out with Ellie. She was trying to make her feel guilty and kept saying why did you say thappad madoongi...when Arman can say bikini pehno, pappi loonga n kapde phaad doonga surely Ellie is entitled to say Thappad madoongi...n pratyusha was trying to make Ellie feel by not reacting harshly Arman has done a favor...but wen in mid conversation he begins to shout what does pratyusha say " Aisa ye pehle bhi kar sakte thay !!!!!!!" I mean wth...

Nag man seems to be a man going through a serious mid life crisis... 😉

She could have cut it then and there!👍🏼

And also ask yourself one more question...WHY, Pratyusha, another woman, did not perceive the whole thing as Elli perceived it / twisted it later?

Arsha Ji, I make two types of posts...fun posts for smiles and laugh...

I did sense discomfort from Elli's part through her expressions. Not blaming the others for not noticing as it wasn't super obvious. Plus her grasp on the language is weak. Despite those two factors playing against her, Armaan and co. should know when to draw a line.

If Pratyusha was in Elli's place, I'm pretty sure she would have reacted even worse than Elli. The reason she was justifying Armaan's behaviour was simply because she is much closer to him than her. Plus being on Armaan's good books helps her in the long run.

From personal experience though, whenever something similar happened to me...it always took me a little time to realize what just took place. It's not always possible to react immediately for everyone and that is why I feel for Elli. Anyhow... the way Armaan apologized, I really hope that it was genuine and he won't repeat such atrocious behaviour during his stay here.

I agree with this..the girl was all giggly and smiles when he was teasing him..why give a dumb vibe to a man who is leching at you?so both of them were at fault..i am just wondering agar arman yeh urvashi ke saath kiya hota toh kya hota..🤣

I played the recorded programme again and honestly, I don't see Armaan hitting on Elli or being a lecher!😲

Its obvious, he is not the biggest intellectual to have graced a Big Boss season and I do not expect him to be flawless, faultless...but this whole episode has nothing much to it. He should not have used those words...agree...but he doesn't appear to be nasty / ill meaning.😊

Any way...he apologized and made up and hope it ends there...( or may be from BB point of view...it doesn't!) 😆

Pratyusha is acting all bitchy she is best friends with armaan so obviously she'll Support him in Everything he does. Elli was already embarrased she said twice 'Aisa mat karo,aisa mat karo' & after that she said Thappad maarungi. After so many warnings any damn person can understand that she isnt liking it. 🤢
