This is not just today - yesterday (first epi in the house) the heaven-mates were cooking and the hell-mates were sitting around.. Gauhar even made a comment that "esa laag raha he ke aap loog jannat me ho aur hum jahanum me he". At that time, the hell-mates were just sitting around. Today, they had to move the wheel for food/gas/sleep - but while they were moving the wheel, the heaven-mates were cooking - it's not like they were sitting around. And if they were, then the hell-mates were sitting around also (only two moved the wheel at one time).
So, if for the luxury of having "cooked" food (cooked by heaven-mates) is something the hell-mates can enjoy then the luxury of sleep is something the heaven-mates should be able to enjoy. Agreed that moving a wheel is more physical than cooking but in this case, I have mostly seen Gauhar cook and if the hell-mates have to do a task for everyone to sleep then that is something Gauhar has the right in asking for. Gauhar can just stop cooking and let the others cook/not give food. But she didn't do that.
Further, Gauhar's point was that she wanted to be able to do something to win her luxury of sleeping and if that's her POV, no one can stop her from thinking that. If she can work for others to have the luxury of cooked food, then she should be able to expect others to do a task so she can have the luxury of sleeping.
Edited: And MOST IMPORTANTLY, everyone at the end (even Tanisha) went to sleep! No one stayed awake so that the hell-mates don't have to move the wheel. So the Tanisha-Gauhar argument was pointless! Everyone ended up doing what Gauhar said anyway.
