What's unhygenic about Ratan?

So, I understand where Gauhar was coming from, but I think everyone forgets that the vast majority of people in India (and other underdeveloped nations), do not use toilet paper or wash after urination. It's more of a comfort thing than a necessity. Scientifically, urine is a sterile liquid and not wiping or washing won't cause any harm if skipped once or twice.

So, if there is an emergency and no water or tissue, I too would do what Ratan did because it would be better than not being able to hold it in and peeing on myself/in an inappropriate place. Now that would be really unhygienic! 😆
