Rish's competiton is prince but he is looking for his benefit , he knows Priya will support him if she wins , and Prince will target someone else if he wins , so for him the one that might cause his nomination is roch hence he attacked her .

well in the mirchi task rishab did target Prince and also has gotten in heated face to face arguments with Prince too... So it's not like he just curses n targets girls
