rishab has mentioned many times that he is here to play a game... Whatever he does with mandana is just a game.He knows that he isn't doing anything in show right now so what's better then flirting...mandana is like leading lady of bigg boss and kish the villian.So it's the game On the other hand ,mandana is just using rishab.As punnet mentioned the lady is ugly from inside.She will throw you under the bus when she done with you ...plus she is already in relationship or should I say married.. Rishab might use this angle for the game too.Rishab may turn into tragic hero in the show . I always found his chemistry with diggi as genuine.It's not for the show.He dint like when mandana snapped at her .He is protective of her and guides her.So it's genuine ,not for the show ...
