I was going through http://indiatellytalkies.com/category/trps-for-the-weel/ and I went to the pages for the ratings of last year (around page 4-5 and onward). The average TRP for Bigg Boss that I saw (from a quick glance) before the Halla Bol extension was around 3-3.5 (TVM of around 6). For Swaragini before last month the average BARC ratings (according to the same site) is around 3-3.5 as well. It has increased recently because of the wedding but that doesn't reflect the average rating. Chakravartin Ashok Samrat has been consistently below 3.

But even if they do not want to move those two shows because Bigg Boss isn't significantly more popular, at least they can slot in Bigg Boss from 10 PM to 11 PM (according to the above site Mere Aashiqui Tumse Hi's average TRP is around 2.5).
