His paranoia, as I've noticed, stems from his overly built up ego that the world revolves around him. He thinks he is the only thing the people think about and hence, his paranoia. It's gotten to a level that he is starting to HALLUCINATE!😲 I mean why else did he say, "I saw Upen and Karishma laughing while I was being attacked by Ali?"😕 Upen and Karishma were like, "Dafuq bro?" Karishma actually stood up for him! It was either hallucinations or he was LYING to gain sympathy at any cost and become victim by showing others as a villain. I mean I can believe that too since ye toh uski puraani card hai!
