It's a fake ID. From a Gautam supporter, his tweets seem more about supporting gautam than KT having "cheated" on him.

You know that account is fake right? It used to be a guy using the handle 'theAlokNath' or something, he deleted his earlier tweets and edited his account, pasting stuff from Rushabh Choksi's original Instagram account.

Only serves to prove the point that Gullu baba has a PR agency that's pulling all this stuff for him.
