Karishma got emotional because no one has ever so openly expressed their love for her and wanted to put a ring on her. Karishma and Upen are definitely in love with each other... it really shows in their actions now. 😊

Because Upen proposed to her openly that he will give a ring. That is a big moment for a girl so she was just overwhelmed. Even Upen said he accepts her any way & every way she is. Karishma rarely lets her guard down, so that was a genuine moment.
