Looking at the timeline of events, if is clear that while Ali was tormenting him, he tried to reason with him by reminding him to watch his words as he represents his family. Nothing unreasonable or below the belt there. When Ali still did not stop, he resorted to singing in order to drown out Ali. After that did not work he saw Sambhavna try to stop Ali and then saw Ali tell Sam to take Rahul away from there. Sam and Rahul very conveniently left after token protests. We don't know how long G had to endure Ali in his face alone but he did. Finally Ali and Sam had an argument after G was left alone and this period of the argument transferring to Sam allowed G to think clearly (as per his priorities not ours) and something snapped in him. He decided that this was not worth it and quit the task. He left the cage and went to the bathroom. Only Sam followed him in at this stage.
Maybe... we don't know what exactly happened but this is definitely a possibility. And as I said in most, sometimes you just snap after giving it a bit of thought. GG has never taken any rash decisions on this show after the mirchi task. He really takes time to think before he says anything.

But maybe he really was done with the task and he left saying he is leaving it because of the crude comments made on him. So what? Even if that was a lie and he really had to go pee, who cares? The fact remains Ali gave him an opportunity to make it look like he was giving the $$ to Pritam in charity. Ali and Pritam HANDED him that chance, GG didn't some how create the situation on his own.

I think you are right about Sam/Rahul. He was probably angry with them that they just left him there knowing he couldn't get out without leaving the task.

Of course Sacha acha Pritam made his token 'don't go Gsuram speech' before that.

After all celebrated then they went after G on bathroom. Pritam was first to try to 'clear' himself. G congratulated him and was trying very hard to compose himself and internalise everything. Only when everyone came to justify themselves and feign concern, did he breakdown at the duplicity. It was not over reacting. He could gave easily over reacted in the cage if that was his goal. Rahul ran to the kitchen to get him water and told KUA that G is crying. So when Ali and Upen enter the WR in a pack people saying G is fake because he took time to drink water and then react. Are people such fools that they can't see the editing and implied sequence of events in programming. Obviously U and A did not beat Rahul to the WR. Obviously G was drinking the offered water to calm down after his sobbing. When Ali cried so loudly with no tears in the smoking room last week it was obviously fake. G's sobbing was heart wrenching and real.

Exactly... as I said, maybe him walking out of the task could be some strategy but as much as I like GG even he is not like Kajol who can fake cry so brilliantly on cue. That crying was real... It was a breakdown of some sort. And I bet almost everyone watching it felt it. If people thinking the crying was fake, then that just means they are admitting GG is an amazingly brilliant actor and that too after suffering for lack of food and sleep for two days... In that case, SRK ko bhi takeover kar liya.👏

Mahek asked everyone repeatedly to give him space and let him Relax because he's tired but they were more concerned with their images. The guilt on Pritams face was apparent. Even Ali was so guilty that he needed Upen with him to speak to G. Why do they need to interact with him in packs. That itself us enough to make anyone feel cornered and alone.

Pritam and Ali were the worst of the lot.. .The way they were bitching about it later. I am not going to waste any more time on Pritam. Royal ignore to Paltiman from now on.

Conveniently in the WR Sam tells G don't worry, I know you're tired and didn't mean what you said and then behind his back in BR she bitches about him, no less than Pritam. What the heck.

Sam I think was genuinely hurt because she actually has stood for GG most of the time. She seems more genuine than Pritam. I will give her the benefit of doubt for now. I do think GG should apologize to her at some point.

Upma was seen coaching Ali in The kitchen to go say it was task and I'm sorry just do Ali can repair his image and nullify Gautam's footage. Upen was more worried about the footage G was getting. Even Karishma, didn't come out if humanity to talk to G at the cage but she came to capitalise on the footage per Upens coaching. Let's not kid ourselves and be naive.

Upen saw the UpMa becoming stale so he want to cook up a new one but the new Gautilicious recipe was served and UpMa thrown in the sink. Upen ne bahut coach kiya par kuch nahi hua... baazi already palat chuki thi. Now for damage control they are going to save GG tomorrow, as if the viewers are all fools. The idiots are just going to look like bigger hypocrites now.

So to sum up, Gautam not only had the right reasons, but also his approach was completely natural and aligned with timeline of sequence of events.

There are definitely things about GG that annoyed me today. His blame game was totally uncalled for but I will give him that if indeed he had to use the washroom he nicely turned the situation to make it look like woh haarte haarte bhi jeet raha hai. You need some super brains for that. And if this was fake, he did think on tired sleep deprived brains. That alone deserves 👏👏👏

Please go read my post carefully, just because woh dil se khelta hai doesn't mean he stops using his brain. Most normal people think practically (brains) and emotionally (heart) before making any decisions. And the game IS to make the audience love you. It's not his fault that the other contestansts turned out to be such idiots. And who has he hurt in the process??? Has he hurt a BF by dumping him on national television? Has he broken a friendship of 15 years just for the sake of the game? Maybe the Diandra thing was wrong but even she started supporting him after getting out. Forget that, even Sushant who used to hate GG has tweeted favorably for him. Unless ofcourse you are saying he REALLY is that smart that he is able to fool so many people including those who lived with him in that house.

GG took that opportunity. He has been doing what he has done since the beginning (according to you), right? So how dumb are the HMs to not have realized it. He has brains and a great insight into what the audience likes. I appreciate people with brains. That's a reason enough for me to support him.

When I say he exposed himself today, I meant it in the context of people who see nothing wrong with him. There are many who have always seen through him and accused him of doing just this. The fact that even his supporters had slight issues with the way he went about his rants today (lying about people laughing at him, illogically blaming the HMs that they did not support him), shows that he has exposed his stupid game.

I don't think he was "playing" a game so I didn't see it as something that was "exposed" but rather a mistake he made. And you know what, who cares even if his game is exposed? He has hung in this game for so long so well that I don't think this little glitch will really make a difference to his supporters. I am a supporter and I didn't support a lot of what he did today but I am still going to support him since he is better than others.

What he did today is called gross manipulation. Then he is just AS BAD, if not worse, as all the others in the house who have been accused of playing games. So why are others flogged and this guy celebrated for his dirty games? Earlier, he was hailed for being a clean player and not playing any games. Now that he has shown his underhand tactics, it is called masterstroke. 🤔 Sorry, but I would call that convenience.

Again, even IF it is manipulation, he hasn't really put anyone down in the process. You never answered who character he has assassinated? Your points about dragging in KT or Pritam or Ali etc do not make much sense here. By showing down other contestants, there is no hope of absolving Gulati of what he did yesterday and the game he played.

And if you don't want to drag in other contestants here you too in your post should not ask "why others are flogged?" I won't reply to this because let's keep this to GG alone.

He is not a brilliant actor. Only a brilliant manipulator. (What was all that rant about 'bholaa insaan'? Who keeps calling themselves THAT? 😆) And manipulations only aim to fool people. So kudos to this guy for doing that so effortlessly that he can get away with blatant abuses, theatening to get people beaten up, washing Ali's dirty laundry on TV repeatedly and below the belt comments. 👍🏼

And in order to be a brilliant manipulator, you HAVE to be a brilliant actor. You have got to convince people that you are that goody goody character that they believe. They both go hand in hand in some ways. A lot of heros are found charming despite many flaws is because of the way they are able to manipulate many people that they are oh-so-awesome. So yeah, to be a brilliant manipulator you have to have good acting/convincing skills.

Sushant's tweet? Lol. It says he will win...which we all know will happen because it was pretty evident with the way he has been ridiculously favored by the PH. Nowhere does the tweet say that he deserves to win. It only says that he came out looking like a hero. Which is what Gulati hoped to achieve. By lying and overreacting.
