Upen's the one at fault here, I can understand a guy pining on a girl if there were mixed signals. She has man and she never encouraged his playful flirting! Shut up has been her constant answer... It's a clear no from her side and HIS "friendship" is weird, he needs to set some boundaries and be a little mature about it!
