Yeah he had indeed been very spiteful and he made his feelings very clear when he hid behind "joke" to take out his malice which could have ended his life. Personally speaking Upen Patel is the worst spotter. I for one will never trust him with weights. If he had any plans of opening a GYM someday he should give up that idea.

You know what, Upen could have ACTUALLY KILLED ALI!! No seriously, no joke on that... what if Churan and protein shake had chemicals(both natural and artificial) which when together becomes poisonous???

This would definitely have been serious!!

bzw, you have a point on the treadmill speed... if Ali had some heart problem, even minor 1s, this would have proved to be fatal for him...

my views on him changed and i guess i wouldn't even smile at scenes i used to laught if i watch '36, China Town' again esp his scenes... coz really, its not funny...

and tap water?? dude, whats wrong with drinking it??(am from Mauritius not India) please clear this matter for me... is tap water much more poisonous than boiled water???

You don't necessarily need to have a preexisting condition or a weaker heart to induce a stroke. If its pushed beyond its limit like in excessive running and the heart rate goes between 160-180 it could very well give away.
