Teaser-MSD-star-Cast

Here's the latest gossip from inside the sets of the Indian cricket captain's biopic...

MS Dhoni's upcoming biopic has managed to do a major casting coup. Many A-list actors have been roped in for playing some of the lead characters in the film. Neeraj Pandey, the director, seems to have brought together a deadly combination of varied talents who will be playing real life cricketers from the Indian National Team. Wonder who all those are?

While MS Dhoni's character will be played by Sushant Singh Rajput, there have been many rumours about the other players in the team. A few days back we informed you that Telugu superstar Ram Charan Teja may be portraying the character of Suresh Raina, now we have a few more names to add.

Our khabroos inform us that Alia Bhatt is touted to be playing MSD's wife Sakshi Singh Dhoni. While John Abraham is to play fast bowler Ishant Sharma, Fawad Khan will be seen playing Virat Kohli, Bigg Boss 8 contestant Gautam Gulati will be essaying Zaheer Khan's character and Aftab Shivdasani will be seen as Joginder Sharma. Also some of the important non-cricketing characters will be played by B-Town's big league actors. While Irrfan Khan is said to be playing Gurunath, it is said that Satish Kaushik will play the role of S Srinivasan.

We tried contacting some of the actors but no one was willing to confirm any such development. Guess we will have to wait for some confirmation from the makers of the film. Till then we are just content with such a big and fantastic casting. If the film has actually managed to get so many actors in the fold, wethinks it might be the biggest film of 2015. What do you think BollywoodLifers?
