Yup ...Lead by Example...thats what Gauti did yesterday and it was commendable👏

But didn't he contradict himself? ???

Durind Di's captaincy, he had problem when Praneet did a simple Arya's work and said k "Ap dusron ka ka kaam kyun kar rhe ho...unkp bolo krne ke liye..."

But when he actually got the right to say this...it was ok for him to pick up the jhaadoo and show how great he is!!!!!!

, do his principles change with his position? ???

Or he believes that fellow HMs can't do each others work but A captain can do others work?????😕

There is a difference between if Gautam says something, and if someone else says something. Since everyone is against him, he has to be careful wat he says or else it'll make matters worse for him.

He is not going to force anyone to do anything if they don't want to.

U really think others are going to listen to him? Let them understand themselves.

Remember during Diandra's captaincy, Gautam was sitting behind sofa and trying to sleep. He even asked Big Boss to play the buzzer. People outside see only the funny side of it.

their is a difference between both scenarios ...

he is responsible only for his work assigned by captain

if he has any issues he has to complained to captain and ofcourse they are never addressed

he don't need to do others work as he has his own work and he has to answer for it.

Here he is the captain and he is responsible for everyones duty...

so yes indeed he lead by example to others by doing the work left by the HM's lazily 👏

Diandra cannot control anyone though everyone hears her.. she is indeed a worst captain ...

and yes Gautam broken the rule of sleeping or atleast tried to ... but Diandra never complained that Gautam broken his rule or he didnot do his work

Pretty sure there will be a decrease in the budget because gautam the captain was doing work... Watch the HM's drill him on that too.. He looses both ways

I told u it is different with Gautam! The more he forces them, the more they'll run away!

If he leaves them alone, they'll come back & listen to him! Thats the whole idea of his! Just cuz he is a captain, he is not going to be like other captains. He has his own method.

He only did that to show how considerate he is now for the work not done BY OTHERS, to be done completely BY HIMSELF. But the hypocrisy is when under someone else's captaincy a work done BY OTHERS was against the rules and must be done by the ASSIGNED WORKER according to Gulati.

As a captain, instead of sweeping himself, all he needed was assign someone else that job and that's it. Salman clapping was stupid as well that captains never did this. Mr. Host, Captains are NEVER ALLOWED to do chores that's why they NEVER DID IT BEFORE. This captain needs to show to his "FANS" how big heart he has so doing it himself when he could ask Arya or Upen to do it since Captains can not do any work. And Salman needed to address this issue instead of that stupid clap.
