If Arya is indeed the pre-decided winner and he very well could be. Son of a Politician, Bollywood support, has work in regional cinema unlike the other losers on here, then nothing would be bigger than slamming Sir Issar with the public vote. Instant Hero, instead of kicking him out, which wouldn't have much impact on the janta.
Other than that, eliminating Issar, completely opens up the game. What do P3G do now? How does the Praneet-Gautam angle shape up, now that Buddha is gone? Many more story-lines.

Most importantly of all, Issar can't have anyone voting for him outside.

All signs point to the end of the Bheegi Billi.
