Definitely it has created a big rift between p3g and rest of them.
Now in recent episodes it seems to be just Gautam and Puneet sir separated from the rest.

Exactly, it is used as a tool to take out any grudges.
Once maybe it can be used for entertainment.
But the whole season cannot be dedicated to sevak concept.

And it's almost always the same people becoming sevaks over and over again!
I think they are planning on taking this concept till the very end of the season 😕
