I think Puneet is going to be gone followed by Minisha whose chances are high

I think they will take out Puneet to make Gautam create more drama as he will be without his mentor/father figure

Minisha : she gives no footage/entertainment

Praneet somehow will not leave because of his going against Gautam

Sonali, the channel might want to cash in on the "love" triangle and get a conclusion to this story

Guatam: no chance of leaving, he might get so many votes that he will be saved by a big big margin

I feel sonali or minisha will go...sonali's love angle has gone phuss...minisha said u all will see my true colors now...but she is hardly visible

I so wish it is secret room w Gautam there...he needs to see puneet...altho I think if he is even 1% smart! he will judge that from today itself

Thats why I feel they will take Puneet out to make the equations even more mixed from now on.

It's either Minisha or Sonali. If we go by this week's episode footage, then minisha was hardly visible except for one episode. So I think Minisha is leaving. Sonali can still create some drama with her care-free attitude, but minisha is too calculative and cautious.
