I'm frm London and no,that's not what it means in England!😆 I sure wouldn't behave in that fashion with my bros at all.Maybe he just meant that his sis should wait for her big bro so they can continue to be siblings on the outside world too.😛Only Youpen bhaiya would knw what he meant by that exactly!😉
