She should have mentioned the following facts

1) No bro-sis sleeps on the same bed, 2 sisters yes but not a bro-sis

2) No sis sleeps between her brothers legs, rite on his crotch

4) Its evident from their body language, the way he strokes her hair, the way she looks at him

I think this was the producers/Salman's indirect way of telling Upen and Soni to watch their behavior. I'm sure the producers screen the snapdeal callers ahead of time.

For the last week,there have been bunch of photos on twitter being spread of Soni and Upen that show them to be very touchy. Including one where soni is laying on top of Upen and they might be kissing. Apparently this happened a few days ago and the photo was taken from live feed. There have also been a few news articles.

Probably the producers wanted Salman to bring it up. If you remember last season, Salman gave a warning on the number of cameras in the house to Tanisha and Armaan and it became a huge deal in the media. Salman probably didn't want to go down that path again. So they looked through the caller questions and picked Shabhangi's.

Even at the end of the call, Salman warned Upen that anything can be interpreted by their actions.
