both
ali dominating behaviour is wrong
u have to treat them as friends rather than behaving as owner of the house
and diandra she needs to change her attitude
the way she speaks and walks shows she is damn arrogant

I am no fan of Diandra. But today, I will definitely be on her side. This Ali dude has some major issues. He's just come and power sar pe chala gaya. He has no right to boss them around so much. Get work done, fine. But he can't order them the way he's been going on. They aren't his servants. He's captain, okay. But he's supposed to LEAD them not ORDER them. And I am completely with the bedroom gang on this one. :/

I cant believe I am saying this but diandra did what was right.. someone had to put an end to this nonsense.. we have had seven seasons dude..not once has a captain made someone stand near the wall with his hands up.. he needs to chill..he even talked to praneet very aggressively which pissed me off..
a captain has to win the love and respect of his team bfor he orders them arnd..

Frankly speaking after all episodes from 1 to 22 its somewhat better compare two episodes now all of sudden BB mainly focus on wildcard entry which he ruined the show and tempo if he stays longer this show will be utterflop its look like he want more footage than others and anyway coming to question both are cheap characters not worth to mention

I think the attitude doesnt matter for a captain, he may be a poor captain whose attitude isnt right BUT you still have to follow the captain's orders and Diandra is such a gal who doesn't follow anyones instrctions

she is a rebel so in this case bcoz she did not follow the captain's orders, she is the one at fault

Diandra was majorly wrong, irresponsible, stupid and wrong

Ali was completely right.

But Diandra is stubborn she cannot be intimidated by just shouting or overpowering her personality. Unless Ali physically made her stop at a place and put his hand over her mouth, she would have acted the same way she did. So Ali , being the captain should have handled it better, with tact.

Result was, despite being wrong, Diandra had no guilt or no feeling of any sort of responsibility for seeminly endangering houseful of people and she also got to play the persecuted heroine.

Ali, needs to tone down, I am captain, sun will shine from my arse attitude. Because it will help with lesser forceful people like Minisha or Soni, it won't help with stubborn and self important people like Diandra.

Same dosage of medicine cannot be applied for different patient.
