for one reason is, i remember she said that she supports Nithya on onion/cooking fiasco against mumtaj...on weekend episode, after everyone condemned Nithya, when KH said that who still thinks Nithya has a point, i think janani raised her hand first...but dont know why she wasnt allowed to speak...(correct me if Im wrong)...

she isnt a great character, but comparatively, she is less bossy than mumtaz and mamathi, more decent than yashika and aish, and less vesham than vaishanavi...
