Ah that's what they will do. They need Vicky right now till the time they are with him in dimag ka room. They are playing the same game with Vicky which Vicky is playing with them - jab tak dimag k room me ho, tab tak bhaichara chalega, uske baad apna apna. So, they won't go against him in front of him - but have decoded him well and would be waiting for the right time which I feel is a clever strategy than behaving like fools by doing dushmani with someone whose partnership is benefitting them.
Also, I think, it's only in case of Ankita where Vicky's ego gets hurt ( the biggest drawback with him is that he is a bad husband). With others, like EXOL mentioned - he admits and is mostly decent in the arguments until and unless samne wala crosses the line. Peeth peeche bhale wo kuch bhi bole but samne he makes sure, he doesn't make enemies.
